First, all of the basic questions are clarified in a preliminary meeting:
What are the tasks and problem areas, what objectives need to be reached with which target groups, and how can the targeted goals be reliably achieved? P-SPE gladly gives you confident answers to these and other questions – completely free of charge and without any strings attached, of course.

Planning ahead.
The next step: You receive a detailed concept proposal from us that sketches out the individual P-SPE working steps as a solution to a problem, along with an overview of the cost parameters – with the greatest possible transparency and at fair prices.

Ready for take off.
When you give us the green light, we put the theory into practice – phase by phase and module by module. Naturally, if you wish you'll be informed about every working step, or integrated into specific processes so that you can actively manage or modify the path we’ve set, when needed.
